- Radiohead has reportedly sold 1.2 million copies of In Rainbows, their new digital album which fans can buy at any price.
- The Supreme Court is debating whether 51 Mexican prisoners on death row in Texas should have new court hearings. The International Court of Justice ruled that Texas officials violated the 1963 Vienna Convention by failing to provide the Mexican nationals with proper access to their country's consular officials. President Bush has sided with the International Court but Texas officials assert that international courts have no jurisdiction in their state.
- The "Six Most Terrifying Foods in the World," according to Cracked Magazine.
- Kanye West told a British tabloid he is "working on stuff for Michael Jackson." Will.i.am, Akon and Chris Brown are also reportedly contributing to the King of Pop's new album.
