Arizona officials are working to obtain a special work visa for Manuel Jesus Cordova, an illegal immigrant from México. Cordova rescued a nine-year-old boy whose mother died in a car accident. The 26-year-old father of four was sent back to Sonora, México after authorities took custody of the boy.
