Several U.S. states, including Kentucky, South Carolina and Wisconsin, are considering lowering the legal drinking age from 21 to 18 for military personnel. Proponents argue: if they're old enough to fight in a war, they're old enough to drink at home. According to USA Today, over 80 percent of those killed in Iraq were 21 and over.
