The rate of Latino immigrants infected with HIV and AIDS is on the rise. According to federal officials, Latinos represented 22 percent of new HIV and AIDS cases in the U.S, despite making up only 14 percent of the U.S. population. Frank Galvan of the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science: "You combine the economic pressures, loneliness and immigration worries, and it pushes these individuals to be a hidden population."

I think planned parent hood should just go into high school and do seminars. might as well... THE US HAS THE HIGHEST TEEN PREGNACY do we also want to be with high HIV people, not only here but mexico should also provide educational seminars. you know what they say might as well give a 13 yrs old a condom with their happy meal. -cause their having sex no matter what. . .. yet, they dont know the or think about the consequences.
