ok this is the way i look at it Michael Jackson is a Legend at the hight of his career he was undeniably the best nowadays in the music charts of today he just doesn't do it like he used to, Michael Jackson has inspired a lot of people and one of those includes Chris Brown who is a great artist too, but comparing them together on a scale Michael Jackson would obviously outweigh Chris Brown.....

Chris Brown is better because michael is gay and he likes to mess with little kids plus chris Brown can dance better and he is cuter and he dont want to be white he is happy been black I LOVE CHRIS BROWN

If I had to watch either I definitely prefer Chris Brown. He is also better than anyone since Michael including Usher, Justin and Omarion. He's easy on the eyes too.

Looking at the big picture though, I would have to choose Michael for overall career achievements. Chris has a bright career ahead of him, but he still has years before he can catch up to Mike.
