Hey Heather K. Daubenspeck. I understand what you're saying. I'm with you all the way when you say that individuals in the media should research the topics and individuals they are reporting on. However, one thing you have to understand is that Mun2 isn't designed to appeal to spanish dominant Latinos. Instead, their marketing campaigns are created to reach 2nd & 3rd generation Latinos. Latinos who may use Spanish in their household, but use English with their friends. Or, Latinos who infrequently or never use Spanish or Spanish language media. There are many Latinas like Crash. Latinas who are proud to be Latina but, who don't necessarily have a handle of Spanish. For what it's worth, Crash is a representation of Mun2's demographic segment.
